Based in New York City with offices in San Francisco and St. Louis, Bridgeton's goal is to maximize the operational and financial efficiency of its properties through a combination of capital investment, revenue management, and economies of scale through its position as a nationwide operator. Moreover, the firm focuses on delivering first-class quality, comfort, and service to customers and tenants. Founded in 2009, Bridgeton currently provides owns and operates over 60 properties.
Job Description
Bridgeton is currently looking for an experienced professional to run the day-to-day operations of the company, with a primary focus on property-level operations, strategic planning, and execution. With nearly 20 independent hotels and over 15 new restaurants and bars opening over the next year, Bridgeton needs a leader to help brand, market, open and operate these properties. This individual will work directly with our hotel general managers, investment, sales and marketing teams to ensure the success and future growth of our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills and will have 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or real estate operations. The real estate industry is rapidly changing; understanding the latest trends and being able to translate those into actionable operational changes will be very valuable.
