This is a 2-for-1 kind of day.
I didn’t want to put this job as the main event, since I’ve heard mixed things about the founders, but given the ubiquity of Intermedia (aka HQ Trivia) I’d be remiss not to send it along.
So without further ado: let’s get down to the nitty gritty, let’s get this show on the road:
Be More America
Business Development Manager
Why this is a great job
Put your business skills to good use at a rapidly growing organization that’s tackling a serious problem.
The nitty gritty
What the organization does: It’s a social enterprise that employs proven in-person and online training programs to eradicate bias in key industries to save lives, improve top line performance and reduce billions of dollars of wasted costs
BE MORE has a bold vision: use technology to help organizations eradicate unconscious bias by 2040.
Overview and Responsibilities
BE MORE has developed the industry-leading training system that creates measurable shifts in bias, particularly unconscious racial and gender bias, among health professionals and business leaders. Our groundbreaking methodology – which combines leading neuroscience and social science with proven mindfulness tools – has been featured on The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School, Dan Harris’s 10% Happier Podcast, and is a subject of a TED talk. Our three product-lines include online training programs, in-person training programs, and keynote addresses. We are currently developing a mobile app to train health providers and business professionals in proven tools to measurably reduce unconscious racial and gender bias. To date, BE MORE has reached more than 100,000 professionals through our programs. We now want to scale our impact through mobile and online learning to shift perceptions, policies, and culture across our priority industries.
