Strategic Finance and Operations
Why this is a great job
Combining a need for a finance background with a great way to get hands-on operating experience at a truly early-stage startup (they’ve yet to launch their first location, but have a strong team and great investors) sounds like a recipe for success.
The nitty gritty
Who you’d be working for: Harry Ritter (CEO), former VP of Care Delivery at Oscar
About alma:
Therapy has the power to improve lives, relationships, and the world we live in.
Still, accessing the positive potential of this work is often complicated—it’s hard to find the right therapist, scary to overcome the stigma of asking for help, and most therapy spaces don’t feel like the kind of protected environment where care can flourish.
We exist to elevate the therapy experience and to positively contribute to the conversation about the value of therapy.
We build co-working communities for top-quality therapists. Our members are empowered to deliver amazing care through access to beautifully designed office space, best-in-class technology, and a community of colleagues for referral opportunities, training, and support.
Our first NYC location will open in September 2018.
