About the role:
As the Director of Sales Operations & Strategy, you will serve as a cross-functional leader dedicated to providing qualitative and quantitative metrics-based, sales-driven tools, insights, and analyses that enable our Doctor Partnerships team to function optimally. This role will be responsible for optimizing all sales operations and strategic initiatives that ensure overall team effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Own sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Coordinate and own cross-team planning activities with other functions such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Insights, and Engineering
Partner with sales leadership to establish, document, implement, and refine sales processes
Develop and own KPI reporting and dashboards for the sales team
Provide analytical support in defining quotas, territory alignment, lead distribution, and account segmentation
Develop sales enablement and training materials; Act as Salesforce admin for all sales related improvements and optimization
Support monthly commissions reporting
Identifying opportunities for improving efficiencies in the sales process
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience at a fast growing company, top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm
Strategic – Able to contextualize day-to-day activities within both the vision of the business and within the industry
Analytical – Curious and comprehensive, both quantitatively and qualitatively
Executional and tactical – Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborator - Builds partnerships across departments and works well with others to meet shared objectives
