Chief of Staff
Why this is a great job
I’ll be honest - this job description is bad. For starters, doesn’t display much thought about job responsibilities and assumes that a the candidate might want to start “his” own venture one day. That said, maybe this is the job for you if you’re willing to take a chance and learn more through the interview process.
The nitty gritty
June Homes offers furnished homes in prime locations. No fees. Streamlined approval process.
Ideally, you have either worked in audit, management consulting, investment banking, venture or have been a chief of staff for at least 2 years. You want to be a part of a smaller group with more individual contribution and responsibility, ability to impact how things work.
This would be a fit: for someone who dreams of starting his own venture in the future and wants to learn how to run a fast growing company, manage people, acquire users and raise capital. You should be ready to wear multiple hats, manage multiple tasks at a time and learn on the go.
This will not be a fit: for someone looking for a 9-5 job with regular, planned schedule. We don’t recommend you to apply if you are looking to perfect your skills in just one part of the organization (finance, analytics, etc.) or don’t like a fast changing environment and having to learn new thing on the go. You shouldn’t apply if you don’t like to travel or need an advance notice to hop on a plane to SF.
if you feel like you have a necessary skillset, but most importantly if those cultural values resonate with you, welcome to June Homes.
