Are you ready to make a difference? Parallel is seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team! In this role, you’ll be an extension of the senior leadership team, leveraging data and strategic analysis to help the CEO and COO make key decisions on our operations, go-to-market strategy, financial planning and more. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO, you will play a major role in shaping the strategic direction of the company as well as making a direct impact by working with cross-functional leads to implement high priority company initiatives.

What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO and COO
Conduct targeted data and strategic analyses on high-priority topics to facilitate decisions on key business and operational matters
Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses and present findings to leadership and key stakeholders
Identify next steps and design end-to-end solutions from analysis and recommendations; Work with functional and operational stakeholders to implement changes needed from recommendations
Partner with finance to understand company financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis and implications for growth and business metric improvements
Define and monitor key company metrics and OKRs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Lead and organize creation of materials for board meetings and other investor communications
Lead select special projects and key initiatives as they emerge
Requirements
This position is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in strategy, data analytics, or operations. Ideal candidates will also have worked in other fast-paced and action oriented organizations such as management consulting, finance, or other high-growth start-up environments. In addition, you’ll need:
Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership to achieve company and/or business unit objectives
Experience analyzing data from various sources to to gain actionable insights and next steps
The ability to summarize and present findings from data analysis and other research in a clear, concise and action-oriented manner
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally with our finance, clinical, product, engineering teams, etc.
Excellent project management skills
The ability to multitask, quickly get up to speed on new areas, and a willingness to operate outside of your comfort zone
Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in business, strategy, operations, etc. or equivalent work experience)
Bonus points if you have experience or formal education in mathematics or statistics
Bonus points if you have worked previously in health care or education
Bonus points if you have worked previously in management consulting or finance
