CL Founders:
We are hiring a Co-Founder. We are looking for a leader with an eye for product, and passion for building effective teams, to drive and own the end-to-end process of building this business.
Responsibilities include:
This founder/CEO will oversee every aspect of building the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Build
Define the overall approach to launch and scale a SaaS recruiting company
Establish priorities, goals, and plan to execute against them
Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing sales organization
Work closely with the product team to define SaaS platform time-line, features and launch
Create an engaged and high-performing, results-oriented culture
Lead
Provide leadership and support in all areas, including operations, strategy, product, and sales
Act as a public champion for the business with both internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a primary contact with the Board
Own and manage day-to-day operations
Align resources to achieve key business priorities
Grow
Own P&L and cash flow, and manage burn
Oversee and manage sales cycles, and lead all early sales efforts
Build strategic partnerships that will support and drive company growth
Lead fundraising efforts as necessary
Qualifications:
Past success building all sales processes and revenue for a new business line or company from scratch
Past success building and running a sales team that consistently achieves or surpasses goals
Led or key team member who built a loyal B2B client base from scratch
Passion for great talent
Demonstrated eye for product and product features
Experience setting strategic priorities and goals for a high performing organization
