About the Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing portfolio of DTC brands and to play an integral role in driving impact at Equal Parts, the first brand under the Pattern Portfolio. The role will be focused on owning the entire service level offering for Equal Parts and being a driver of key operational decisions impacting the business post launch. Equal Parts is focused on helping consumers reintroduce cooking as a rewarding part of daily life. With the right guidance and tools, we believe everyone can cook. The Business Operations Manager will join our Manhattan office and report directly to the General Manager of Equal Parts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the entire service-level offering for Equal Parts, owning the business model across product and finance, working cross functionally with key partners across the Pattern organization - CEO, GM, Technology/Product Management, Creative, Marketing, and Growth
Manage the workforce to support this initiative including staffing, scheduling recruiting, etc.
Help manage and develop Kustomer digital program to enhance Equal Parts members’ service experience to contribute to increased membership retention
Report and track general analytics to service the business and make strategic recommendations to impact success at Equal Parts
Develop and enhance business modeling to chase business opportunities and present strategic recommendations
Assist in developing and managing continuous A/B testing to improve operations and develop new products/services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus, but not required)
3+ years experience in operations, finance, consulting, or a data-centric role
Proficient in Excel and strong ability to learn analytical platforms/3rd party services
Familiarity with components of managing a P&L and ability to navigate through financial statements
Understanding of the relationships between cross-functional business unit related to consumer products
