The position
This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in getting experience across every element of company-building in an early stage startup. You will work hand in hand to the founder and have significant impact on the business.
To be successful, you are excited to wear many hats and will own key business processes, create and execute on high priority strategies, serve as a point of contact for our customers and partners, and stop at nothing to move initiatives forward. Importantly, as one of our earliest team members, you are excited to actively shape Pollen’s culture and how we work together.
Ideal qualifications
2+ years of experience in consulting, tech or startups with a focus on operations, growth, or program management.
Excellent writing and communication skills and can collaborate with any stakeholder (customers, executives, investors, engineers, etc).
You have a strong ability to research, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
You engage in both big picture / strategic thinking while also being irreplaceable in day-to-day execution.
You are a relentless executor and will run through walls to make things happen.
Extreme attention to detail, incredibly organized, self-motivated and sets a high bar for themselves and others.
Self-starter and owner mentality; you are highly collaborative, identify problems, and create solutions with limited oversight.
You are excited to wear many hats and there is no work above or below your pay grade.

Responsibilities
Strategic projects: Lead and execute complex initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. This can be anything from acquiring creators, executing on SEO initiatives with marketing, or managing employee experience with founders.
Own and build processes: Establish internal and external processes that scale and rapidly iterate on them based on feedback. Everything from internal communications, customer operations, employee onboarding and more.
Customer and relationship management: Work directly with creator partners to ensure they have excellent experiences; manage creator compensation and marketing; serve as the point of contact for our early adopters.
Marketing strategy and execution: Manage newsletters, social accounts, develop articles, attend networking events, and strike up partnerships with complementary companies in the industry.
People operations: Assist Founder with recruiting, onboarding, employee management and making Pollen a great place to work.
