About the role
As Inboxlab continues to scale at an electrifying pace, we are looking for a Chief of Staff who will play an integral role in our expansion into new markets and executing on business development opportunities on behalf of the CEO. Working alongside the CEO as part of the executive team, the Chief of Staff will support cross-functional initiatives as they relate to product strategy, team leadership, financial planning, business management and internal communications. Inboxlab’s Chief of Staff’s ultimate mission is to ensure the company has the right processes and resources (team and technology) in place to meet and exceed its goals.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with all teams, creating actionable goals to execute on the vision and strategy of the CEO, further aiding in the growth of Inboxlab!

What you’ll be doing
Articulate the CEO’s vision and track progress against company goals
Most immediately, aid in expansion into New York market, with intentions of expanding into additional markets in the future
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO, offering a keen sense of prioritization
Acting as project manager, monitor progress of key initiatives and priorities by meeting regularly with team leaders to track results and challenges; ensure that company commitments and priorities are being executed
Act as a daily point-of-contact for team members and provide solutions, tools and improved processes to maximize efficiency and promote individual growth
Attend meetings and participate in projects with, or on behalf of, the CEO
Prepare communication and research for the CEO, including, but not limited to, company updates, presentations and data analysis
Conduct meeting preparation and research: You will be responsible for providing research and insight for all CEO meetings as well as ensuring that all internal meetings have a defined agenda and objectives
Accompany the CEO to meetings, notate details and manage all follow-up actions and communications (including any additional research to inform next steps)
Partner with the CEO to determine and outline company goalsProvide team growth planning based on company needs and goals
Acting as the voice of the CEO, communicate company plans, priorities, goals and results to the team
Perform quantitative analysis to drive business decision making
What you’ll need to bring
3+ years of director level management experience is a must
Experience with P&L or Director Level budget authority is a must
2+ years experience with email marketing (technical, marketing, and analysis) is a must
2+ years digital marketing, travel industry or online gaming experience a plus
Growth mindset, driven by intense curiosity
Proven track record of strategic planning, goal setting, and successful execution
Strong technical background, with working knowledge of business systems and communication platforms
Proficiency with product management tools
Professional experience conducting financial analysis and reporting
Ability to successfully lead and develop teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentations
Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the a digital marketing industry required
MBA is a plus
