We’re an audacious US neo Mortgage lending startup. As the Beeline name suggests, consumers cut the shortest path possible to their new home, avoiding traditional BS all the way. The sort of David v Goliath project we revel in (we’re David btw).
Beeline is an agile, experienced and fun team working across 4 time zones to make a serious impact in one of the biggest verticals in the world - the US home loan market.

Summary
The Secondary team is responsible for making key revenue generating decisions, with oversight of pricing, trading, hedging, financing and securitization. The team has perspective across all company functions and is deeply involved in strategic decision making. As a Business Analyst on the team, you will be hands on with analytical projects to help improve the pricing and market place development work of the secondary and capital markets function.
On a daily basis you can expect to:
Evaluate Beeline’s execution strategy in order to increase the company’s loan revenue
Contribute to the design and development of a system working to align execution in the secondary with primary origination
Research new mortgage product opportunities that will allow us to expand our customer base
Optimize mortgage pricing across various lead sources
Work cross functionally with the marketing team to refine tactical and strategic objectives
About you
You are naturally inquisitive and willing to take initiative and bring new ideas and solutions to the table
You enjoy solving problems and bring a systems and data driven approach to every solution
You are extremely attentive to detail and are not afraid to question your own work
You have a passion for the financial markets and interest in joining a leading FinTech team
You are excited to work in highly technical task-based process
You are able to create new processes as new technology & processes are introduced
You are comfortable working with the the main office operations located in Providence, RI
Qualifications
0 to 2 years of experience in a quantitative field and/or quantitative degree (finance, economics, math, engineering, etc).
Microsoft Excel ninja
Experience with public markets, specific mortgage experience is a plus
Natural attention to detail and ability to organize and execute
High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Experience with coding languages is a plus (SQL, C++, R, Python)

Elemental is looking for a highly collaborative and experienced individual to work with our Portfolio Team assisting in the program management of Elemental portfolio companies. For this position, we are looking for an individual who can lead projects, drive strategy, and work with the Portfolio Team across sectors and functions.
The portfolio team is helping companies reach commercial inflection points to help them scale and make positive impact. The key responsibility for this role will be to build content and programming that will engage with the Portfolio Team’s work with entrepreneurs and companies.
The Portfolio Manager will report to the Director of Accelerator Operations and work closely with Directors of Innovation, as well as the Pipeline and Partnerships teams. The ideal person for this role is someone with an appetite for learning, and takes leadership on new projects for impact and effectiveness. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, and passionate about technology and storytelling!
Activities may include:
Portfolio Engagement:
Build compelling communications and execute engagement plans for our portfolio of 99+ companies
Own alumni engagement with 99+ portfolio companies: design and implementation
Lead and grow Tech Partnerships (ie with cloud computing companies, software providers, and hardware partners) to better serve portfolio companies
Engage with portfolio companies to share findings in house and beyond
Assist with the planning and execution of Portfolio events, and help ensure an outstanding experience for entrepreneurs
Collect and analyze data regarding the effectiveness of projects
Coordinate additional portfolio programming as needed Due Diligence
Assist in due diligence selection
Participate in application review and meetings
Conduct research to source startups to apply
Qualifications
Need to have:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
Three or more years of experience working in project management or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
Exceptional stakeholder management
Attention to detail
Takes initiative
High emotional intelligence and ability to build interpersonal relationships
Experience working with and/or engaging diverse partners
Team-oriented mentality and ability to work effectively in fast-paced teams
Entrepreneurial approach
Creative and proactive in solving problems
Nice to have:
Master’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
Experience in one of our sectors: energy, mobility, agriculture, circular economy, or water
Experience in one of our key stakeholder groups: finance, cities/government, or technology
Experience convening / leading events and conversations
Experience working in Hawaii, California, and/or the Asia Pacific region
