As the Analyst for the Office of the CEO, you will work alongside the Chief of Staff in developing company strategy and influencing critical business decisions across the organization. Fast-growing companies evolve quickly, and as a key member of the Office of the CEO, this role is responsible for helping the entire organization scale. You will have the rare opportunity to make direct impacts on strategic initiatives while collaborating with the Chief of Staff, CEO (Justin Kan), COO, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
You will leverage your analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities to drive and support Atrium’s top agenda. You will have a direct influence on leadership decision-making by building consensus among cross-functional teams.
You will also hone your abilities in working cross-functionally, executing strategic projects, and delivering presentations to senior management.
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, CEO, COO, and other senior stakeholders to identify and analyze priority opportunities and improvement areas
Execute upon high-priority projects surrounding corporate strategy and development by performing research and analysis and synthesizing findings into compelling recommendations
Structure ambiguous business issues, gather and analyze information quickly, and develop insightful proposals
Support the Chief of Staff in crafting the CEO’s presentations and communications, including investor and board materials and key client communications
Optimize the Office of the CEO’s priorities by managing the CEO’s calendar, making capacity-balancing decisions, and improve processes
Ensure meetings are run effectively, take diligent meeting minutes, and hold stakeholders accountable to action items
What does success look like in this role?
2-3 years experience in investment banking or strategy consulting
Analytical toolkit, including complex financial modeling and market analysis
Ability to synthesize insights and make data-driven recommendations
Professional communication skills for both internal and external audiences
Incredible drive and willingness to go above and beyond on every task
