Connectivity Fund is currently hiring a General Partner to lead its infrastructure investment portfolio. The successful candidate can work out of the Connectivity Fund office in New York or remotely. Connectivity Fund is a Qualified Opportunity Fund partnering with leading independent internet service providers and infrastructure developers to invest in newly sustainable, profitable, and impactful broadband deployment. Connectivity Fund capitalizes on this opportunity while making internet access cheaper and more available for Americans.

Responsibilities
Negotiate and lead deal execution process with investors and partners
Spearhead all aspects of the deal process from sourcing to due diligence, relationship development, analysis, negotiations, financing, management/value-add, and exit
Manage the due diligence process including all business, financial, legal, and technical due diligence
Negotiate transaction-related legal documentation and internal and external communication
Build relationships with sponsors, investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders
Assist in fundraising activities by cultivating relationships with investors, leading roadshows, and overseeing business development initiatives and marketing materials
Monitor distressed situations across the industry and develop target prices for debt securities
Coordinate with advisors and service providers
Required Skills and Experience
Strong background in finance, infrastructure, telecom, and real estate or related fields
5+ years of experience in infrastructure and real estate investments, securities analysis, and fund investing
Strong ability to build infrastructure-oriented financial models
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience working with local governments to achieve project execution
Familiarity with broadband infrastructure investments
Familiarity with Opportunity Zones and New Market Tax Credit programs
Experience working in a highly regulated industry and applying a dynamic set of regulations while developing models
CFA or advanced certification in infrastructure and real estate development a plus
