Still, the attractive title can make it hard to be objective about the opportunity in front of you. How do you know if it’s the right fit?

Trendalytics’ CEO is looking for a right hand woman or man. You’ll join a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and retail industry experts that is powering the future of consumer-centric commerce.
If you want operating experience before becoming a CEO or COO of your own company and want to learn from the ground up, this is the perfect role. You’ll be working directly with the CEO (Harvard MBA) and COO (Penn M&T, serial entrepreneur) on finance, operations and strategy. If having impact and working in a fast-paced agile environment excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal fit is a pre-MBA candidate from a top consulting or investment banking firm.
Responsibilities
Operations: Organizational growth strategy and managing the HR process end to end. Additionally, working with the CEO to improve processes as the company scales.
Finance & investor relations: Preparing quarterly board presentations and monthly investor updates. Maintaining KPI reporting and budgets and acting as a liaison to our accounting firm.
Strategy: Working with the CEO on strategic partnership opportunities and select client projects.
Research & Writing: Support the CEO preparing for speaking engagements, contributing articles and more.
Admin: I’ll be honest, I need help! We all roll up our sleeves here, but I do need some support in scheduling and logistics. I leverage tech for support on most, but nothing replaces a real person when it really matters. =)
Qualifications
1-2 years of consulting or investment banking at a top tier firm
2 year program, with opportunity to stay on.
Ability to apply frameworks and develop structured solutions
Advanced excel modeling skills
Strong powerpoint skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Bachelors degree
