Founded in 2012, Venwise was built to help executives solve problems. Our membership is comprised of over 250 executives at high growth companies (see who's involved here) that have raised in excess of $50B. Executives from companies like Peloton, Petal, SeatGeek, Maven Health, Bark Box, TalkSpace, Olo, Giphy, Tumblr join Venwise to tap into their peer network as they navigate the growth of their business.
The pandemic inspired our team to make key additions to our core offering, and we're excited by the impact we've made and the direction we're moving in. For that reason, we're looking for a recent grad who is ready to role up their sleeves and make an impact across various segments of the business. As Chief of Staff, you will help build, maintain, and optimize systems at the intersection of growth (marketing and sales), community management, customer success, and product. You'll begin your role supporting our sales process (key growth initiatives, lead management, pipeline analysis, email marketing management and sales process optimization) and will take on various special projects under our CEO as needed throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be in the role for 2-3 years. We anticipate that this role will prepare you to grow into a more defined role within our team, join a fast growing startup or a VC fund. Regardless of the direction you take, you will leave this role with an incredible network and relationships you can tap into as you explore your next career opportunity.

🎯 Responsibilities
Executive Support —> Support CEO in day to day operations and special projects
MarketingOperations—> Manage external communications including email campaigns, member email newsletter and social media
SalesOperations —> Communicate directly with prospective members and manage sales process from start to finish
Business Operations —> Support business operations including member invoicing, member onboarding and off-boarding. Provide support in the recruitment of our team as we continue to scale.
Community Management —> Support pre-sale community activities including events, partnership development and making member introductions.

Prior internship experience in venture capital or at a startup
Experience with Airtable, no code tools, CRM management is a plus
