Two jobs: Growth Marketing Lead and Operations Analyst/Associate
Why these are great jobs?
Making mental health care more accessible is a noble mission. The company is backed by SignalFire (a quiet but very strong player in the ecosystem) and comes heavily endorsed by someone close to the company that I trust. In either role, you’d take on a lot of responsibility at a relatively early stage in your career and have a ton of room for growth.

Since launching in 2020, Grow has raised over $15M from top VCs and angel investors, including SignalFire, Village Global, Airbnb, Nurx, Oscar, Quartet and Blackstone.

Operations Analyst/Associate
Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Associate who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our provider growth and credentialing teams have the appropriate technological infrastructure in place to grow our provider base and get our providers in-network with the insurance companies. You’ll thrive in this role if you love learning new software to enhance productivity and figuring out how to automate processes that are tedious and manual. As you get to know our internal systems better, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact into different areas of the business, and you’ll eventually become the go-to person for a myriad of responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Own and monitor metrics that track the health of our operations. You’ll be responsible for identifying problems that may arise in our processes and then working towards a solution.
Work closely with or directly manage staff members to implement solutions to operational issues. You’ll be supported with a team to work closely with or manage to complete key projects.
Build and maintain automated workflows to help keep our data and processes running smoothly as we grow. This work will directly impact our ability to expand access to care nationally!
Collaborate closely with our Growth, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while we scale. This work allows clients and providers to have the best possible experience when using our platform!

Mission-Driven. You’re here to change the world, and you’re always connecting your work back to the importance of the Grow Therapy mission.
Agile. You thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment, and you’re able to pivot as new priorities emerge.
Team Player. You’re collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by your colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement.
Quantitative Rigor. You know your way around spreadsheets, and you’re able to write complex formulas and pivot tables. Bonus if you have a command of SQL.
Previous experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and/or other automation tools is a bonus, but we prioritize capability over experience and are excited to invest in your professional growth.
