Our product team is responsible for driving Capsule’s growth as we continue to scale aggressively across the country. We’re looking for a partner who will accelerate our progress across all aspects of the business—from product and operations, to sales and growth. Our team operates as a true startup-within-a-startup at Capsule, and you’ll be shaping every facet of our rapidly growing SAAS business.
In this role, you will:
Own and drive a broad range of initiatives that are critical to business success. You will build the tools and processes that enable a winning sales team; enable rapid product discovery to drive our roadmap; run technical diligence on new product integrations; and build our playbook for driving customer retention and maximizing growth
Build a culture that amplifies our core values of Winning together and Everybody needs some looking after sometimes by owning and iterating key team rituals and new hire onboarding
Accelerate the entire team by identifying and executing against opportunities to execute fast and right

Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in an analyst or strategy role (management consulting, start-ups, etc.)
Demonstrated track record of driving business outcomes in a fluid, rapidly changing environment
Operational or business development experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker is a plus
