Otis is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing. This role is highly strategic and creative, and requires an individual who can leverage brand insights, member insights, product updates, and cultural nuances to build an innovative approach to the Otis messaging and creative. This individual is capable of divergent thinking in the process of targeting both members and non-members alike.
In this role you will build on the momentum behind, and enthusiasm for, the Otis brand. The ideal candidate will come up with an engaging and innovative marketing strategy that involves events, partnerships with other relevant brands, influencer marketing, campaigns within our channels (email, social, etc.), and creative content development (editorial, video, etc.). You will be responsible for driving your strategies, owning the marketing calendar, regularly developing customer insights, quantifying and assessing week-over-week performances, and managing activations.
Ideally, you have relevant experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs, can execute day-to-day, and are able to think operationally, strategically and understand creative/branding. Finally, you are passionate about both our mission statement and your role of growing relevant & impactful brands and customer experiences at Otis
What You'll Do
Devise brand positioning and marketing strategies to generate awareness and reach new customers, and lead the coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives
Act as a keeper of the Otis brand and continuously articulate and execute creative programs, both internally and externally
Partner with the product team and operations team to translate product strategies into thoughtful narratives that resonate with customers
Conduct user research and relay user feedback and insights back to the leadership team, and translate these insights into hypotheses, devise actionable and measurable marketing initiatives
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers
Generate content that is relevant to user communities
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in brand marketing or marketing experience
Hands-on experience with launching new consumer products a plus
Project management and cross-functional integration skills (experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time)
Multi-tasking skills working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Full of ideas. You are good at coming up with hypothesis and devising ways to test them.
Flexible, independent, and tactical. You are not afraid to explore and utilize a wide variety of medias, platforms, and channels, and you take charge in doing so.
Curious, communicative, and observant. You ask good questions and have sharp observations of people’s behaviors, and are effective at collaborating with internal teams to get planned campaigns implemented.
Insightful. You are capable of deriving insights from data and dashboards.
A Team Leader - you work nicely with others, but can still motivate and be the driving force behind GSD
