The Curriculum (Your Role):
The Business Operations Manager will partner with our business and functional leaders to develop strategy, drive data-driven decision-making, and tackle the highest-priority strategic questions facing our organization. You will build and lead the biz ops team.
Your Classmates (The Team):
The Business Operations Manager will work across Seesaw – across functions and across the user journey. You will be leading our biz ops team which currently includes a biz ops lead and a sales ops analyst.
Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):
Drive high impact projects for Seesaw, including renewal and expansion, go to market strategy, and new product launches
Partner with exec team and functional leads including Sales, Customer Success, Community, and Product teams to analyze opportunities and risks, synthesize findings, develop execution plans, and drive ongoing results
Build and lead a high performing team
Prerequisites (The Requirements):
10+ years of relevant work experience – including 2+ years in strategy consulting or investment banking and 4+ years operating experience in a technology company
Track record of impact in high-performance environments
Strong communication and influencing skills with track record of aligning cross-functional teams
Structured thinker who can develop a framework, formulate a plan, and execute on it
Hiring and people leadership experience
The ideal candidate is passionate about K-12 education
