About Branch
Branch is shaking up the $46B office furnishing industry to build an office experience for the 21st century: easy, affordable and flexible so you can sit down (or stand) and get to work.
We're based in NYC and backed by the investors behind real estate disruptors like Breather, Stay Alfred and View The Space, along with household brands like Quip, Caraway and Peloton. Our founders arrive with experience in partnerships, real estate acquisitions and venture building at leading real estate companies like Oxford Properties, SL Green and Redfin.
We’re an ambitious group of problem solvers innovating across software, hardware and logistics, and we’re looking for entrepreneurial teammates who like a challenge.
The Role
Branch is looking for a talented and motivated Strategic Partnerships Associate to help accelerate our growth across multiple key areas of the business.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally between our Growth, Product, and Sales teams to drive home external collaborations and partnerships that contribute to revenue growth, build our brand and community, and create best-in-class customer experiences both online and offline.
You’ll work with third-party brands to unlock key strategic partnerships across physical and digital products, help lead our PR and affiliate marketing efforts, and play a critical role in expanding Branch’s retail footprint. You’ll also be tasked with identifying ad hoc, out-of-the-box partnerships that have potential to move the needle across multiple channels of the business.
This is an incredible, truly unique opportunity to own the development and execution of impactful external growth channels at a rapidly-growing startup. You’ll report to our Director of Growth, and work directly with executives across the company.

Dream up and develop new revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, corporate development, account management, or directly in partnerships
Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
Highly analytical and metrics-focused; you can execute on complex analyses, build models, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business

About Inevitable Foundation
Inevitable Foundation is a non-profit that’s funding and mentoring mid-career disabled screenwriters. Our goal is to close the disability representation gap in film/TV: Disabled people make up 20%+ of the population but represent only 2% of characters on screen and less than 1% of writers behind the screen. The lack of disability representation on-screen is directly linked to the lack of representation off-screen. By empowering disabled screenwriters with the business, writing and networking skills they need to build long-term careers, we’re helping put more disabled creators in positions of power, turning them from employees to employers. This will naturally create a bounty of opportunities for disabled talent on- and off-screen, which will unleash authentic disability narratives across film and television.
Our Screenwriting Fellowship gives mid-career disabled screenwriters $40,000, bespoke mentorship and a range of connections to develop their own work and build thriving careers.
