The nitty gritty
Working side-by-side with the Co-Founder and CEO of AllTheRooms. You will plan, direct and execute all financial, operational and administrative activities alongside the CEO.
You will
Be a gatekeeper to the CEO; provide an additional layer of structure
Organize information prior to it getting to the CEO's desk
Connect the dots with all departments across the company (technology, marketing, finance)
Project Management
Meet with the CEO to plan the week ahead, provide information and deliverables to help him be more productive and effective
Attend executive meetings and ensure there are clear action items and follow-ups after the meetings
Plan and organize leadership events
Coordinate quarterly planning process (objectives and key results) with the executive team
Give the CEO advice and direction when needed
Help the CEO with presentations and any corporate communications
Finance: assist with capital raising, corporate structure, payroll, budget, projections, taxes, business development, sales, and corporate strategy (including M&A)
Marketing: assist with growth strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, Google Adwords, growth hacking, branding, site design, consumer experience, corporate communication and PR
Technology: work closely with the CTO and technology team to formulate, understand and execute upon technology infrastructure initiatives, strategy and missed opportunities
Revenue Management and Sales: identify and execute upon missed monetization opportunities, assist with strategy and sales of accommodations data analytics product (alltherooms.com/analytics)
Position: This position is only a 2-year position, with option for third year depending upon performance
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
