CheckedUp is looking for a Business Analysis to help drive new business analytics and campaign operations. He or she will play an enormously important role to improve company profitability by applying analytical thinking and executing quantitative analysis, presenting the results and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of CheckedUp philosophy, products, value, analytical methodologies, clients’ business, brands, and needs.
Design and perform statistical analysis, reporting, and simulations to provide insight and selection optimal solutions among several alternatives.
Actively participate and drive salesperson collaborations or strategy meeting/initiatives and actively review opportunities and contracts with commercial goals in mind.
Perform deep dies and strategic analyses to help further understand operational results and identify opportunities for improvements
Work cross-functionally to develop and implements improvements across operations, finance, and sales.
Proactively identify potential system challenges prior to potential negative financial impact
Work with Sales and external consultants to execute studies that measure the impact of campaigns, including gathering relevant inputs from across the organization, working with 3rd party data provider and analyzing study results.
Monitor trends in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and healthcare marketing industries.
Identify areas of improvement and present to Senior Management, including sourcing, proposal generation, contracting, campaign execution, and delivery reporting, and measurement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Business Management or Finance.
3-4 years work experience in the analytical role.Demonstrated strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics.
SQL programming experience.
Experience reporting SalesForce analytics.
Knowledge of graph databases.
Experience with linear regression, using ratios for analysis, calculating and interpreting correlations and using visualizations to explore data.
Experience involving healthcare, media, advertising, or strategic development preferred.
Prior experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank or internal corporate strategy.
Able to present results from their analysis and make recommendations that are accepted and implemented.
Enjoys working in a startup environment with others and/or independently.
