The Team You’ll Work With
As the Business Lead for Carta Launch, you’ll own Carta’s freemium cap table program (“Launch”) and drive hyper-growth of customers acquired via Launch. You will drive alignment among GTM, Delivery, and R&D teams in bringing the Launch program to market and growing it to be the market leader.
The Problems You’ll Solve
Build the playbook for Carta launch program and own the entire customer lifecycle from sign-up to go-live to conversion to paid. You’ll own the strategy to find ways to drive sign-up and scale the onboarding experience, ensuring all customers go-live
Work with the BizOps team to ensure that the right features are included in the Launch packaging and understand how customers use the platform and where they are getting the most value
Effectively position our Launch program to the market, exploring various ways to target and attract new customers to Launch
Create campaigns to drive customer new sign-up volume, optimize for customer success and effectively drive conversions
Lead weekly sprints with Revenue Operations, Delivery, Product, and Marketing
Establish and implement best practices for maximizing the customer experience
The Impact You’ll Have
Carta Launch becomes the go-to ‘default’ market standard tool for early-stage founders to access prior to fundraising, with a well known value prop across the market and thriving partner engagement (i.e. dominant top of funnel)
The Launch user experience is best-in-class at every step of its lifecycle, from initial sign-up, to implementation and go-live, to conversion to a paid product upsell
100% of Launch sign-ups (on both Launch onboarding flows) go live on Carta in less than a month and 100% of convertible Launch companies convert to paid product when they become eligible to do so
Consistent high double digit M/M sign-up growth
About You
5+ years successful experience and track record in a scaling business or product role
In-depth knowledge of Carta onboarding, SMB fundraising cycles, and competitive landscape
Experience with B2C or B2C2B GTM funnels and considerations when taking products to market and direct experience launching or working on a freemium business model are a plus
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration (incl. w/ R&D partners)
Data informed, with a tolerance for ambiguity
Strong sense for sequencing and prioritization
Growth mindset
