Bucket Listers is growing and looking for someone who lives and breathes partnership building and team management. This individual will have the opportunity to work with the most incredible brands/businesses as they chart their course for reaching the localized, highly engaged, and experience hungry demographic across our extensive portfolio of social media channels.
Description:
Elevate the Bucket Listers brand by developing creative and high-impact partnerships
Collaborate with the CEO, COO and advisors to chart the future course for Bucket Listers
Raise marketplace awareness of Bucket Listers value proposition
Own and provide quality oversight for identifying, pursuing, structuring, negotiating, and executing partnerships with strategic brands and businesses
Lead all RFP development alongside members of the Partnership Team
Craft creative partnership pushes/tactics (e.g. event seasonality)
Develop a strategic approach to growing existing partnership scope
Day-to-day Partnerships Team management - be a true leader and mentor
Be the expert on all things partnership process, always mindful of efficiency and scalability
Grow the Partnerships Team with hungry, smart, diverse talent
Effectively able to roll out new product offering externally and internally
Take a fresh and innovative approach to partnership collateral and process material
Maintain oversight of CRM and pipeline management reporting
Keen ability to glean insight from partnership pipeline to strategically approach outreach
Manage team monthly/quarterly quota
Manage multiple high level projects/pursuits while being laser focused on daily team management details
Qualifications:
Passion for exploration and the Bucket Listers mission
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in a startup or media environment
Minimum 2+ years experience with proven track record introducing new solutions to agencies and clients, and opening up new revenue streams.
Minimum of 2+ years experience managing partnership teams in a B2B sales environment
An understanding of the media ecosystem at large, including digital media companies and cutting edge creative agencies.
Established relationships with relevant clients & agencies, as well as a strong understanding of agency planning & buying cycles.
Passionate about the media industry landscapes, trends and competitive offerings
History of building strong relationships through high levels of customer service, integrity and professionalism.
Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and scaling a team or department
Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proven ability to lead and drive the Partnerships Team to hit key metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with ability to conduct formal presentations & informal one-on-one meetings.
Desire to build and grow a business
Experience with G-Suite, Keynote and Streak CRM preferred
