SentiLink is building the future of identity verification in the United States. The existing ways to determine if somebody is who they claim to be are too clunky, ineffective, and expensive, but we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better.
We’ve had tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. But for the moment we are still a relatively small team, and you will have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on our future.
Already our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, beginning with financial services. Our co-founders previously led the data science and risk operations teams at Affirm, and we’ve raised over $15M from leading technology and fintech investors including a16z, Nyca Partners, Max Levchin, and current and former CEOs/CROs/CCOs of major US financial institutions [Editor’s update: they’ve increased that haul over the last few days with a $70M Series B led by Craft Ventures] .
Summary of the role:
As the first Go-to-Market Strategy & Analytics hire at SentiLink, you will be a force multiplier for our go-to-market team, helping to power our growth with analysis and insight
You will bring curiosity, structured thinking, strong analytics and compelling storytelling to bear on a range of go-to-market initiatives
You will work closely with our co-founder/COO and our Chief of Staff (former BCG Principal), the rest of the GTM team, as well as data science, risk operations, and product.
The types of things you’ll work on:
Use retrostudy and pilot data to create compelling business cases for potential customers
Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials. Identity relevant insights, e.g., based on emerging fraud tactics, and collaborate on publishing
Support other go-to-market initiatives, which may include pricing analyses, customer segmentation & prioritization, and use of customer-success best practices
Your experience and skills:
2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or similar (or combination of consulting and startup experience)
Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, a quick learner, drives work independently
Technical skills: You should be a pro with Excel & Powerpoint and comfortable with SQL and/or Python--you should be excited to become a pro with both (if you’re not already)
Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity
