About the role
As Chief of Staff at WorkOS, you will serve as the central point in the organization for efficiency and effectiveness of company operational rhythms as we grow. This includes but is not limited to: strategic planning, recruiting and hiring process, new business and partnerships pipeline, investor and board meetings, and weekly company All Hands events.
You will work closely with the company’s CEO on both strategic initiatives and also day-to-day operational tasks, helping bridge long-term strategy with weekly execution. This position will be extremely cross-functional and include projects in marketing, product, BD, recruiting, fundraising, PR, and more.

In this job, you will...
Act as the company's operational point person, predicting, assessing, and addressing operational challenges, finding efficiencies, and laying the groundwork for strategic product, content, and team initiatives
Track cross-functional KPIs and drive alignment across projects and teams
Support leadership team on high-level initiatives. For example: analyzing new market segments, identifying new product opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Support leadership on analysis and prep work in advance of critical meetings with Board of Directors, investors, and partners; comfortable creating and managing Decks in order to effectively communicate key company insights and updates.
Coordinate and manage pipeline movement for critical areas like recruiting, business development, financing rounds, product launches, and marketing (interviews, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased organizational efficiency
Work closely with the CEO on special projects
You might be a fit if...
You have 2+ years of experience in top tier management consulting/investment banking, or worked in a strategy or business ops role at a fast growing startup
You are extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
You have exceptional interpersonal skills
You have a nimble business mind and are driven by impact
You have strong analytical skills & quantitative orientation
You are organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills including creating presentations and slide decks
