About the role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial and proven leader to own our growth efforts and be responsible for recruiting owners to the Main Street platform. The leader will report to CEO and be a part of the leadership team at Main Street.
What you'll do...
Sales Process Design: Build a scalable and predictable inside sales process focused on high rep productivity
Strategy: Set and manage an aggressive sales quotas - exceeding goals and timeline expectations wherever possible
Support Operations: Track, measure and report on sales effectiveness and adjust programs and strategies as necessary
Content: Design high converting sales collateral like demo scripts, emails, presentations, proposals, and other materials
Recruiting & Training: Build processes to onboard sales reps and collaborate with the leadership team on hiring decisions
What you've previously done
3+ years sales management experience
Worked in a sales team in a seed or Series A stage through first $10M in ARR
Built and managed sales programs from close to start including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools
Understood customer needs and created content (decks, scripts) that will visually represent the product and it's valuable
